I worked at Donald with before his office was even open. We opened his office in June of 2003. I was working with him during that time. He wasn't a ring leader. He trained everyone to do things right in all 4 of his offices that he had. Actually he was a good own that I must say. I think he made a mistake by taking realtors and people advice was had been buying home for 3 or 4 years and not researching how to be an investor like he did as a loan officer. I think he was in the Mortgage industry for 6 years before he even thought about buying an investment property. He was a great loan officer that was his trademark who helps people all over the country. I still talk to him as of this day. I did tell him it was wrong that Marlon Pratt and he sold one person 10 homes and anything that was fraud was out of his character. He told me it was wrong and he stills feel bad for what happen. I do respect him because he can admit his wrong doing. I won't go into detail but everyone who worked with him knows he was a good person to his workers and what was done. I’m not trying to make a case for him, but he was charged with 8 counts compared to 40 plus. You tell me who was a ring lead!!!

Also, he told me he was sentenced to 74 months, but he went to boot camp and was home in 18 months. He will be probation until November 2014. Its actually 73 months from the time he when in plus 30 days of good time that equals 74 months.

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2382985764534737174.post-63366658858007836402013-01-05T10:47:05.235-06:002013-01-05T10:47:05.235-06:00Just an FYI. I worked at his office during the house flipping (I did not participate and left the company prior to the fallout, but did testify against the other brokers)and Donald was the ring leader who taught Marlon Pratt and the others how to scam the system.

Got off pretty easily if you ask me. Between those censuses (censi?) we lost 7,700 residents while the city as a whole stayed relatively stable. We need to add density, and if apartment complexes like that are PART of those goals, I'm okay with it.

The mayor also recently proposed adding 100 new "green" homes in north over the next ten years; another part of adding density that I am much more excited about.Jeff Skreneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14597476540441866248noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2382985764534737174.post-10704755960748953592012-04-24T12:45:59.756-05:002012-04-24T12:45:59.756-05:00YouTube video of the news conference about all the...YouTube video of the news conference about all the mortgage fraud convictions.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4SkzULD19UJohnny Northsidehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03694273579383113753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2382985764534737174.post-44430070733766402692012-04-21T09:54:39.963-05:002012-04-21T09:54:39.963-05:00You said:
