My question would be- Who is responsible for maintaining them? Obviously JACC doesn't get any maintenance funding and in my opinion they are not only a traffic hazard but an eyesore. There are plenty of other traffic calming methods that do not restrict transportation planning and can be maintained.<br /><br />BTW...The City has also been promoting the Humboldt Bikeway with a map that doesn't even show these cutoffs.1915bunghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06567598302283012043noreply@blogger.com
